Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy on all non-custom orders:

    • Non-custom items can be returned within 7 days from the delivery date.
    • Custom orders are non-refundable and include items specifically made or modified according to your specifications.
  • Initiating a Return:
    • Contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery to obtain a return authorization.
  • Condition:
    • Returned items must be in original condition, unused, and with all packaging and tags intact.
  • Shipping Costs:
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
    • Use a reliable shipping method with tracking and insurance.
  • Responsibility:
    • Customers assume responsibility for any damage or loss during return shipping.
  • Inspection and Refund:
    • Items will be inspected upon return.
    • Refunds are processed within two weeks of receiving the item.

    • Custom orders begin production immediately and cannot be canceled, changed, returned, or refunded.

    • Custom orders take 65-75 days.
    • Please note, for custom orders, we are not responsible for any delays in production or shipping. Delivery times are estimated, and while we strive to fulfill orders on time, unforeseen delays may occur due to the nature of custom items. By placing a custom order, you acknowledge and accept these potential delays.
